Justice for Jim Bowerman

Jim's family and friends organized a rally to raise awareness and attract attention to the fact that five-years ago Jim was murdered in his N. Miami apartment and his murder remains unsolved. We are hoping for tips and leads.  If anyone knows any information that may help in bringing Justice for Jim, we urge you to call Crime Stoppers.

In April 2008, when Jim failed to show up for work, police were sent to his apartment where they found Jim's lifeless body on the floor by the front door.  Jim had been brutally murdered, stabbed to death.

Was this a random murder?  A break-and-enter/robbery that went bad?

A neighbor, a co-worker, someone he knew?  A bum, a crazy person, a drug addict?

There is no clear motive.  There were no enemies.  And there are no leads.

It appears that everyone loved Jim...so why did this happen?

Jim was murdered in his apartment in North Miami, Florida, on April 11, 2008.   His murder remains unsolved.

Family and friends continue to grieve the loss of this wonderful young man while they continue to search for answers.
