How to Help...

There are a number of ways to help us in our search to find the person who killed Jim: 

• Information - If you have ANY information about Jim's murder, no matter how small or trivial you think the information, PLEASE call the Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at: (305) 471-TIPS (8477) or 1-866-471-8477.  You can also provide tips online at Crime Stoppers. All tips by phone and online are anonymous.
• Comments/Suggestions - This is obviously all new territory for us, if there is anyone out there who has been through this process before, we would love to hear suggestions or comments on to help us help the police in their search for the person responsible for Jim's death.
• Donate - we have set up a fund to help raise money to use in a variety of ways in our search.  Any money donated will be strictly used to help us bring justice to Jim, whether it be through a reward for information leading to an arrest, or for costs associated with spreading the word through news articles and stories, or billboards and flyers.  You can donate online by following the "Donate" link on this page or the home page, or you can send a check to: "The Jim Bowerman Memorial Fund" First National Bank of America, 241 E. Saginaw St., East Lansing, Michigan, 48823.  Any money that is left after the investigation is complete will be used to set up a creative scholarship at East Lansing High School in memory of Jim.
